Happy Easter!

Happy Easter folks!

Had a fun time yesterday for Liz's birthday. She wanted housework in the morning so we did a bunch of work early. Then later on we had friends over and played boardgames (Smallworld, which was super fun) and drank limonchellos (sp???) and mojitos. Good times.

Was nice to see lots of friends coming and going from Easter service as well and baptisms are always nice to watch.

Acapulco

Sunshine, water, and good reads -- the three essential ingredients of a good vacation. Oh, yeah . . . and a camera.

Some new pictures

Hey all. Glad to have the full family back home together and that Liz's Dad is doing well. Here is some pictures from a recent hike at snow lake and other randomness. I'll have a few videos as well to post up once I sort though them a little bit.

Car Show

http://picasaweb.google.com/kshuff2/AutoramaBlog?authkey=Gv1sRgCIKOoMmBguLiHw&feat=directlink
This is not your father's car show. Well, actually, I guess it is your father's car show. But there are very few pictures of cars in it! I went to Autorama Saturday because my colleague -- "Dale" -- was invited to show his Super Stock Dodge -- "Rampage" -- alongside Don Garlits' car and other drag racing esoterica. I took my long lens, so I couldn't fit cars in my viewfinder, but I found some fun and colorful images anyway, and decided to post them for your viewing pleasure, and to spare you having to actually attend a Hot Rod show of your own.
love,
Dad
