Fort Casey

Usually don't post this often. (Okay let's be honest we've been barely posting the past few months). :-P But we just came home from a GORGEOUS day out in the sun & couldn't wait to look at our pictures. We meant to hit Ebey's Landing National Historial Reserve for a kid friendly hike (been working our way through a list of short hikes that are recommended for toddlers). However we got a wee bit lost so we decided to hit up Fort Casey. It turned into a perfect day & we can't wait to get back. Maybe someday we'll hit the hike (however Ian wants to get back so he can climb on more military structures). ;) Enjoy the pictures! :)

Molly sure isn't a baby anymore. What a sweet little girl. Is Fort Casey on Whidby Island. I think that is where they offload arsenal. Grandma

Wonderful photos. I don't know about Fort Casey. Looks like Ian's kind of fun, and it sure seemed like it was a fun day for all the family. Beautiful day.
Did Molly get a haircut? It seemed a little trimmed?

yup yup. it's on whidbey island. And Molly got her haircut on Friday. Poor kid couldn't see anything. She walked around w/ her chin up trying to look under her bangs & she wouldn't let me fix her hair so we decided to do a cute little bob w/ short bangs. She got a puppy dog ring at the kid's hair salon so she was pretty happy. Also we played in the kid's cove for an hour while we waited for our appointment. Pretty sweet day for miss molly.
