Ha ha! That's great. We discussed it for awhile and couldn't 100% figure out how it was taken and he got so high in the air, so color us impressed.
It's all in the camera angle. The camera was on a tripod, but set up so the camera was nearly at floor level, tilted way up. Then I just jumped off a two-step step ladder out of view on the left.
A true magician never reveals his secrets. Should have left us assuming that you just have massive vert.
