Bao! And you live in Seattle. Jon says it's weird that I'm calling it that too, but that's what they're called. It's steamed BBQ pork buns! Yay. Ours were a little big, but they tasted really good. And we have lots of extras in the freezer too...
Ohhh yeah, I know those. Liz actually learned to make some pretty good ones from Sophia. Had no clue that they were called Bao though...
Jon, I love youz album! You do a great Glen Hansard! We watched (or is it listened to?) Once last night, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
